Henan Yuzhisheng Technology Co., Ltd. is a thermal plastic welding equipment manufacturer based in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China, where our machines are assembled, calibrated and load-tested. Six systems make up the current line: the WedgeTrack 900 and WedgeTrack 1200 automatic hot wedge welders, the AirPro 1600 handheld hot air tool, the Fusion X70 extrusion welder, the RoofLine 700 roofing welder and the SeamCheck Kit for non-destructive seam verification.
The equipment welds HDPE, LLDPE, PVC, TPO, EVA and PP sheet from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm, and is supplied and supported in more than 60 countries. Closed-loop temperature control holds the weld window within ± 2 °C, and every machine is load-tested before dispatch.

We build welding machines and the tooling around them, and every system in the line is developed around one requirement: the hundredth seam of the day should match the first.
We stay inside one category. We do not manufacture geomembrane or roofing membrane, and we do not rebrand third-party equipment under the YUZHISHENG name. If a job needs a different tool than the one we make, we say so.

Repairable in the field
Wedge, rollers and drive components are replaceable on site with standard tools, and spare parts are held at our Zhengzhou factory for export dispatch.

SUPPLY CHAIN
Where it comes from.
Machines are assembled and tested at our own facility in Zhengzhou; components are inspected on arrival before they enter a build.
Final assembly, calibration and load testing take place at our Zhengzhou facility in Henan Province, China—owned and operated by YUZHISHENG rather than contracted out. Temperature controllers, drive components and rollers are sourced from established suppliers and inspected on arrival; any batch that fails incoming inspection does not enter a build.
Equipment is crated for export with moisture protection and shock bracing, and ships with a per-unit test record and weld procedure sheet. Spare wedges, rollers and drive parts are stocked at the same facility, so a replacement can be dispatched as soon as a fault is confirmed.
